DAYZA

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how DAYZA (“DAYZA”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the DAYZA mobile application and related reminder and caregiver notification services (the “Service”).

DAYZA helps people keep medication, appointment, and health-check schedules, and can notify a linked caregiver when a medication reminder needs attention. DAYZA is a reminder and coordination tool. It is not a medical device and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information created as you use the Service, and limited technical information needed to deliver notifications.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect the details you use to sign in, such as your name and email address, and a unique account identifier.

Schedules and reminder content. We store the reminders and events you or a linked caregiver create. This can include a title, description, type, date and time, status (for example scheduled, snoozed, due, or missed), and reminder settings. Event types can include medication, appointments, and health-check reminders such as blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, weight, or body temperature. Text you type into a reminder may include health information.

Care relationships. If you connect a caregiver and a care recipient, we store that link, its status, the care recipient’s name as shown to the caregiver, and the caregiver’s alert preferences.

Notification information. To send push notifications we store device notification tokens for your phone or tablet. We also store short delivery records so the same reminder or caregiver alert is not sent twice. Reminder delivery records are set to expire after 7 days. Tokens that are no longer valid are deleted.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use schedule or health-related information to show third-party advertising. We do not collect precise location for this Service.

2. How we use information

3. How we share information

Caregivers you connect. If a care relationship is active, the linked caregiver can receive alerts about that care recipient’s medication schedule. An alert can include the care recipient’s name and the reminder title. Caregivers can turn off individual alert types (late, missed, or critical schedule alerts). We do not show a person’s schedule to someone who is not linked to them.

Service providers. We use Google Firebase to store account and schedule data and to send push messages. On iPhone and iPad, Apple Push Notification service delivers those notifications. These providers process information only so we can operate the Service.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share health or schedule information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Push notifications

Notifications are optional at the device level. You can turn them off in your iPhone or iPad settings. Turning notifications off does not delete schedules already stored in your account. Caregivers can also limit which alert types they receive inside the Service.

5. How long we keep information

We keep account, schedule, and care-relationship information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Reminder delivery records expire after about 7 days. Invalid notification tokens are removed when we detect them. If you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the personal information associated with it, unless we must keep a limited record to comply with law, resolve a dispute, or protect the Service.

6. Your choices and account deletion

You can update reminder content and caregiver alert preferences in the app. You can disconnect a caregiver relationship so that person no longer receives alerts.

You can request deletion of your account and the personal information tied to it, including schedules, care links, and device notification tokens. Use the delete-account option in the app if it is shown, or email support@dayza.beergram.com. We will complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. Deleting an account removes that person’s access and stops future notifications for that account.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.

7. Children’s privacy

DAYZA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use access controls and service-provider security features to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

The Service is operated using cloud infrastructure that may store and process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using DAYZA, you understand that your information may be processed in those locations.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice as appropriate.
