Email DAYZA supportReminders are not arriving
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Notifications → DAYZA and allow notifications, sounds, and badges.
- Confirm the reminder is turned on and has a future date and time.
- If the phone is in Focus or Do Not Disturb, notification delivery can be delayed.
- Sign out and back in, or reinstall the app, if the device stopped receiving notifications after a long time unused.
Caregiver alerts
Caregiver alerts are sent only when a care link is active. The caregiver can turn off late, missed, or critical-schedule alerts in the app. An alert can include the care recipient’s name and the reminder title.
If a caregiver is not getting alerts, check that the relationship is still connected and that notifications are allowed for DAYZA on that person’s device.
Account and data
To correct your name or reminder details, update them in the app. To delete your account and the schedules, care links, and notification tokens stored with it, use the delete-account option in the app if it is shown, or email support@dayza.beergram.com with the subject “Delete my DAYZA account”. We will confirm the request is from you before deleting the account.
